We do not hire to fill headcount. Every person who joins Yachting Europe takes on real responsibility, works directly with clients and leadership, and contributes to a service that owners and captains rely on completely.
You will work with real clients on real projects from day one — not in a support role waiting for seniority.
Working alongside founders with hands-on yachting experience gives you access to knowledge most roles simply do not offer.
Our work spans the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and beyond — with real variety in projects, clients and locations.
