We offer yacht management, brokerage (buying, selling, chartering), crew recruitment, refit and project management, and racing & regatta support. We also run the Yachting Europe Academy for aspiring and experienced crew. All services are delivered by a small senior team — not junior account managers.
Yacht owners looking for operational or advisory support, captains and officers seeking crew placements or management partnerships, and people entering or advancing careers in yachting through our Academy. We work with motor yachts, sailing yachts, and racing programmes across Europe.
We are based in Sofia, Bulgaria and operate across the Mediterranean and Northern European waters. Our network covers major ports, shipyards and marinas from the Balearics and French Riviera to Croatia, Greece and beyond.
Pricing is specific to each engagement — a crew placement, a refit project and an ongoing management contract all have very different scopes. We are always transparent about costs and will provide a clear proposal before any work begins. The initial consultation is free.
We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest route — we actively monitor it during and outside of business hours for active clients.
Both. We work on project-by-project engagements — a single refit, a sale transaction, a crew search — as well as ongoing management relationships. We will structure our involvement around what actually makes sense for your situation.
The Academy supports people entering the yachting industry and crew looking to advance their careers. We offer courses, CV services, mentoring, interview preparation and placement support. It is run by people who have actually worked on yachts — not just trained trainers.
Yes, fully independent. We do not take undisclosed commissions from yards, suppliers or charter companies. When we recommend a shipyard or a piece of equipment, it is because we believe it is the right choice for you — not because we have a financial arrangement with the supplier.
